2010 Georgia Contractors’ Summit Brings Access to Federal Contracts for Small Business Construction   

Suppliers Special focus on small business construction contractors and Fort Benning Opportunities

The National Coalition of Women of Color in Construction, U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Small Business Contractors are presenting the Georgia Contractors’ Summit in Columbus, Georgia

 April 27 – 28, 2010 to increase access to federal contracts for small business construction contractors.  This summit will include a special focus on contracting opportunities for small business contractors at Fort Benning and include presentations to assist researching contracting opportunities, marketing to the federal government, establishing teaming and subcontractor relationships, and effectively presenting the capabilities of their firms to secure contracts.This summit marks the beginning of a partnership between the National Coalition of Women of Color in Construction of GA


 

 

 

 U.S. Women Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Small Business Contractors to increase access to government contracts for women in construction and small business contractors in Georgia and surrounding areas.  Working together these three prominent trade associations will increase access to opportunities, knowledge and resources for small business contractors.
